BILLING AND PAYMENT
The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
All credit card orders will be charged once your order is ready for shipment. Please note that once credit card authorization is received, the funds may be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank. Please check your bank's policy. If you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations on daily withdrawal amounts on your card. Love Shopping Miami reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by your registered e-mail or telephone.
We also accept payments made through Paypal. This is the only method of payment available for international orders.
When a payment is made with debit or credit cards, both the shipping and billing address must be within the United States as well as the issuing bank. In addition, the billing address must match the credit card billing address as well as the shipping address. We only ship orders to the address that is verified as the main address registered on the credit card company (i.e. where the credit card statements are received monthly).
All orders to be shipped will be charged with sales tax (7%).
SHIPPING - US ORDERS
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
- Most orders are shipped within 24 to 36 hours. All items are shipped by USPS by a traceable method. As soon the tracking number is generated, customer will be notified via e-mail the status updated including airway bill.
- Delivery time may vary based on the method of shipment selected. Delivery time does not include weekends or US holidays.
- Love Shopping Miami is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows “Delivered”.
- Free standard shipping over $75 spent in merchandise before taxes and shipping will be applied for US Continental orders. This promotion does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other US Territories. Use the table below to calculate your shipping expense.
- It usually arrives within 4 to 8 business days but may take until 10 business days from the shipped day.
- Add $5.00 to the price above for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, US territories and APO/FPO addresses. Delivery time may take between 5 to 18 days for these addresses.
- Free standard shipping does not apply for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, US territories and APO/FPO addresses.
- Orders placed before 12:00 pm Eastern Time will be shipped the same day. It usually arrives within 2 to 3 days from the shipped day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 pm Eastern Time will be processed the next business day.
- Expedited shipping does not apply for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, US territories and APO/FPO addresses.
- **Add $5.00 for every additional $50.00 in your order.
Refused and Undeliverable Packages:
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to original shipping costs plus return shipping costs. Customer will pay new shipping fees to reship a refused or undeliverable order. A 20% restocking fee based on the purchased price will be charged if you would like to cancel the order once the package has returned to us.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to love what you ordered. If you have any question, comment or something is not right, please contact us via e-mail at email@example.com. We will be happy to assist you.
Returns and Exchanges:
- Returns of unworn items, unwashed, in new condition with all tags attached and in original package are accepted for return or exchange and must be received within 14 days of the original invoice date.
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box. If the shoe box is used as a shipping box, we will not accept the return and it will be treated as a refused order.
- Shipping fees are non refundable unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped.
- Jewelry, lingerie, make up and swimwear are considered final sale and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
- All items listed on the Sale page do not qualify for return or exchange. SALE items are treated as FINAL SALE.
- Love Shopping Miami is not responsible for any lost packages sent without a traceable method.
- All International Sales are final including Canada. Nor returns or exchanges allowed.
- Please e-mail us a firstname.lastname@example.org prior you send the package to obtain an RA number. This number must be included in the package in order to process the return and any credit related quickly.

- At this time, the only method of payment available is Paypal, except for orders from Canada. If you don’t have an account yet, just go to www.paypal.com and create one for free. Make sure the address you register when creating your account is the same than the shipping address for your order. Under any circumstance, we will ship your order to a different address that the one entered in Paypal.
- Orders usually ship within 24-36 hours since it is received.
- All international orders are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
- All the orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS). For tracking information please visit https://www.usps.com
- The free standard shipping does not apply to international orders, including Canada.
- All orders are shipped via standard service. No expedited shipping available for international orders.
- Delivery time may vary from 8 to 15 days.
- We include all the paperwork required custom purposes; however, certain countries may delay the delivery as part of their custom process. We are not responsible for the delays generated once the package arrives to country of destination.
- Please note that some countries impose tariffs on items shipped abroad. The customer is responsible for any country specific taxes and duties added by the local government.
- If you refuse any shipments from Love Shopping Miami you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to our location in Miami, Florida. - Customer will pay new shipping fees to reship a refused or undeliverable order.
